Reservation Policy

A reservation is considered confirmed only after payment has been completed.

Guests must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information before making payment.

The hotel reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation if the information is incomplete or payment is unsuccessful.

Website Direct Booking: Guests must make full payment (Full Payment) at the time of booking. These bookings are Non-Refundable — no cancellations, changes, or refunds are allowed.

Additional Remark

Direct bookings via Line Official or Inbox require a 50% deposit of the total booking amount to confirm the reservation.

The deposit must be completed within the specified time frame.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.

Payment Policy

Guests must make full prepayment to confirm the reservation.

Payments can only be made through channels specified by the hotel, e.g., a verified hotel bank account.

The hotel will not be responsible for any loss or error arising from payments made through unauthorized channels.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All bookings are Non-Refundable.

If guests fail to check in on the reserved dates, the full booking amount will be charged, regardless of the reason.

No-shows or early check-outs are non-refundable in all cases.
